My Gym Routine

I go gym quite a lot now so I can get even more massive than I already am, bruvs. I suggested to the manager that he put a roulette machine next to the squat rack - if they had one in the gym I would get so massive I would never leave the place. I think he's considering it.

Another tip for all you gym goers - put 4 black beans, a bit of ginseng, 3 cashew nuts and a spring roll in all your protein shakes and see how it will improve your performance in such a short space of time. The last 3 months since I've been doing this I've moved from benching 70kg to repping 110kg. Ok obviously the spring roll doesn't do anything but damn it tastes good.

ling long mo mo waaaaaaaaa (Translation: Always split 8's against any hand you ignorant western idiot!)
